Our Story

We love St. Augustine and have invested in renovating several properties in the last few years.  This one is just a little too big with all the other things we have going on, and it has sat neglected for too long.

What's already been completed

We've slowly been working on this.

-  The property was gutted to allow cheaper and better installation of plumbing and wiring.

-  New windows were installed and can be reused.

-  Upgraded power and breaker box are at the property.

-  Much of the foundation was redone.

-  Many of the joists have already been sistered.

- Termite treatment/bond has been performed.

- Back of the house was removed and foundation piers put in for a new addition.

- Plans have been approved by the City.

What are the bad things?

-  It's a big project.

-  Having been built in the 1890's, there is lead paint, as is true of every house of that era.

-  It's a zero lot line on the left and the eaves overhang the neighbor's lot (the house doesn't).

what are the good things?

- The location is terrific.

- We love our neighbors.

- It's a nice, traditional floor plan that you could make into a spectacular home.

- You're across the street from a great restaurant.

- You'll have a pretty big backyard for being in the center of St. A.

are you interested?

We'd love to hear from you.  We'd love (and I'm sure the City would love) for this home to be renovated and brought back to its original beauty.
